Job summary

Journey Early Learning is seeking a Full-time Educator for our Echuca and Echuca West centres. You will nurture relationships with children, families and colleagues, guiding learning while growing your own skills within a supportive leadership team.

You will foster inclusive, developmentally appropriate experiences, contribute to a positive classroom culture and collaborate closely with other educators to deliver high-quality early learning experiences in VIC, Australia.

Qualifications

• ACECQA recognised Diploma or higher is required.
• Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines.
• An approved Working with Children Check (State Specific) is required.
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
• Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferences
• Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program.
• Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment

Education

ACECQA recognised Diploma or higher

Experience leading & developing age-specific programs

Working with Children Check (State Specific)

As our new Childcare Full-time Educator at our Echuca and Echuca West centres, you will be responsible for the development and fostering of meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will support and guide children’s learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector. As an Educator with Journey Early Learning, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team, as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired Educator within the Journey family.
