Job summary

Journey Early Learning Lucas is seeking a passionate Permanent Educator to join a supportive team dedicated to high-quality early childhood education. You will deliver engaging, play-based learning and support children's development while building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

You'll be encouraged to share ideas, contribute to the learning environment and continue developing your skills and career within the Journey network.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• A valid Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete.
• A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's learning and development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive and collaborative approach to working within an early childhood education team.
• A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments.
