Job summary

Journey Early Learning Durack Centres is seeking experienced Educators (Certificate III or Diploma) to join our team in Durack and Durack Heights. You will deliver play-based learning, build strong relationships with children and families, and work with a collaborative team to support development and wellbeing.

The role is Permanent Part-Time, up to 37.5 hours per week, with hours varying. Applicants should demonstrate warmth, reliability and strong communication, and hold current First Aid,

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Experience in an early learning environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates are required.
• Completion of National Child Safe Training is required.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Support children’s learning, independence and development.
• Contribute to observations, planning and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with Lead Educator and wider team.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
