Job summary

Journey Early Learning Lucas is seeking a passionate Permanent Educator to join a supportive team dedicated to high-quality early childhood education. Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• A valid Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete.
• A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's learning and development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive and collaborative approach to working within an early childhood education team.
• A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments.

Responsibilities
