Journey Early Learning Lucas invites a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join a warm, supportive team delivering high-quality care and education. Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Working with Children Check is current.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete.

About You

We're looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator who is committed to creating positive outcomes for children.

You'll bring:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete
• A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's learning and development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive and collaborative approach to working within an early childhood education team
• A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
