Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead on major commercial and infrastructure packages in Sydney. This permanent, full‑time role offers EBA rates and allowances with a strong pipeline of Sydney projects and hands‑on leadership over concrete crews on site.

You will supervise day‑to‑day operations, coordinate concrete pours, formwork and reinforcement, read drawings, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with site managers, engineers and other trades to deliver

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' Australian construction experience.
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Hands‑on site supervision experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong safety awareness and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating concrete crews on site.
• Managing day‑to‑day concrete operations and work fronts.
• Coordinating concrete pours, formwork, reinforcement and associated works.
• Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Ensuring works meet safety, quality and programme requirements.
• Liaising with site management, engineers and other subcontractors.
• Providing hands‑on leadership to the crew.
