CoreFlow is hiring to own a performance creative engine end-to-end, driving growth through insight-led concepting, rapid production, and rigorous testing. You’ll scale winning ideas across markets by localizing language, visuals, and contextual cues.

You’ll work with AI-native tools and a production network to maintain quality while increasing output, aiming for repeatable, fast-growth results.

Responsibilities

• Own our performance creative engine end-to-end from insights to production and iteration.
• Build and operate a high-volume, multi-market system for winning creative.
• Localize language, casting, and cultural cues for native audience feel.
• Create a fast, structured testing program and act on performance data.
• Develop a production network with creators, editors, designers, and AI tools.
• Establish clear feedback loops and a taxonomy to capture learnings.
