coreflow in Sydney is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid acquisition program end-to-end. You’ll manage budgets across DSPs, define the playbook, and optimize for payback and incrementality in an AI-centric environment.

You’ll write expansion strategies, run test-and-learn experiments, own attribution, and drive regions and audiences growth from day one. We offer top compensation, equity upside, Visa sponsorship, relocation support, and a fast-growing scope.

Qualifications

• Extensive performance marketing experience across paid acquisition channels.
• Ability to reason causally about spend: attribution, incrementality, blended vs attributed numbers.
• Hands-on data work: pull queries, read funnels, build models.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale performance marketing end-to-end: strategy, execution, budget allocation.
• Define the expansion playbook: launch in new regions, networks, audiences.
• Run structured test-and-learn experiments across audiences, creatives, placements, bidding.
• Own attribution and measurement: diagnose funnel leaks and interpret data.
