Job summary

Entropico is seeking a Lead Creative Technologist to steer the technical execution of AI-integrated commercial assets and shape how creative technology is used across the business.

You will bridge creative teams, clients, and leadership, architect custom apps, automate studio infrastructure, and mentor editors, animators, producers, and account teams on AI capabilities and studio software.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in creative production and technical engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on custom software/pipeline coding.
• 2+ years leading teams and interfacing with executives or clients.
• Experience with generative AI platforms and post-production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI-driven design and technical build of brand assets.
• Translate client briefs into effective generative AI production strategies across media.
• Optimize hybrid workflows blending offline/online editing with AI tools.
• Architect and optimize complex AI pipelines for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Mentor internal teams and maintain technical documentation.
