Job summary

Entropico is seeking a Lead Creative Technologist with expertise in generative AI, automation, and hybrid post-production pipelines. You will lead the technical execution of AI-integrated assets and guide the strategy for applying creative technology across the business.

You will bridge creative teams, clients and executives, architect custom applications, automate studio infrastructure, and mentor internal teams to elevate the production ecosystem while staying ahead of AI trends.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in creative production and technical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the creative design and technical build of AI-driven assets across the organisation.
• Assist with high-volume campaigns and translate client briefs into AI production strategies.
• Optimise hybrid creative workflows blending offline/online editing with AI tools.
• Architect and optimise complex pipelines to maximise AI output accuracy while ensuring brand consistency.
• Strengthen QA feedback loops for content reliability and usability.
• Troubleshoot AI tools and rendering issues.
• Develop and support custom scripts, microservices and internal apps to automate production tasks.
• Build internal apps and plugins to streamline interaction with AI tools.
• Communicate AI strategies clearly to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain documentation, prompt libraries and code repositories for continuity.
• Develop training materials and lead workshops to upskill teams on AI capabilities.
