Content Creator (AI Video and Digital Marketer).

Location: Templestowe Lower and/or Remote/Hybrid

EMBR is a 12 year old digital marketing agency run by young creatives. We represent some of the largest names in Financial Services in the southern Hemisphere. We generate over 1 million leads per year for our clients and our team is expanding.

We’re looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our growing team at EMBR.

This is not a corporate, slow-moving role. We move quickly, test ideas and trends, and create a high volume of content across multiple professional industries including:

Life Insurance

Health Insurance

Investment Property

What You’ll Do

• Plan, creation, and implementation of social media content for a variety of brands to be run across paid and organic channels.
• Edit and produce short-form video content (Insta Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Create engaging social media content including static graphics and video variations
• Take existing content and repurpose, remix, and improve it
• Work with our team to execute content ideas quickly
• Deliver content consistently and on time

What We’re Looking For

We care more about ability and output than formal experience.

You might be self-taught — that’s completely fine.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is creative and can bring fresh ideas
• Works fast and executes without overthinking and oversight.
• Is organised and can meet deadlines
• Can take inspiration from existing content and create new variations
• Understands what works on social media (hooks, pacing, attention)
• Is witty and thinks like a digital marketer - pulling psychological levers for people to engage with our content.

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience in serving ads and managing ad budget on Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Understanding of content trends across TikTok/Instagram
• Basic motion graphics or animation editing skills
• Use of AI image and video creation tools and emerging technology
• Experience with AI Video generation models
