Job summary

Levyl is seeking a systems-minded People Operations professional to enhance HR platforms and data quality. You will own HRIS administration, drive improvements, and support reporting to inform leadership decisions.

The role reports to the Head of People within a collaborative function focused on employee experience and scalable processes. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR systems, HRIS administration or people technology initiatives.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new HRIS platforms and tools.
• Confidence navigating systems, running reports and handling people data.
• Proactive mindset with curiosity to investigate issues and identify solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of HR systems administration, ensuring systems are effectively utilised and accurate.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR system functionality, workflows and automation.
• Develop and maintain reports, extract people data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders navigating HR systems and processes.
• Maintain high-quality employee records and data integrity across platforms.
• Support broader People operations including lifecycle administration and process improvements.
• Partner with the People team to continuously improve systems, processes and user experience.
