Job summary

Coadys Personnel Consultants is seeking an HR Systems & HRIS Administrator to support day-to-day HR processes. You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture, Finance and the HR team to improve systems and employee experience.

Key duties include data integrity in HRIS, payroll changes, salary updates, and monthly metrics reporting. 2–3 years HR Ops experience and Australian payroll knowledge are desirable. Hybrid work in Sydney CBD.

Qualifications

• HR Degree essential.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Admin or P&C Support.
• Experience with a HRIS platform.
• Intermediate Excel with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of Australian payroll requirements desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer HRIS ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Act as conduit between Payroll and Finance, ensuring changes are reflected before approval.
• Manage employee changes in the HRIS including starters, terminations, role changes and salary updates.
• First point of contact for employee and payroll queries.
• Manage system enhancements and improvements.
