Job summary

Levyl partners with a leading Australian manufacturing group to recruit a People & Culture Advisor. This onsite role supports senior P&C leaders and builds relationships with leaders and employees across site-based operations.

You will own recruitment coordination, onboarding, contracts, payroll queries, HRIS updates, employee documentation and engagement activities, while contributing to regional P&C projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in People & Culture or HR experience.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to advise on policies, processes and people matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Prepare contracts, variations and other employee documentation.
• Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day P&C queries.
• Support leaders with policies, processes and people matters.
• Work closely with payroll to resolve employee queries.
• Maintain employee information and HR systems.
• Coordinate engagement, recognition, training and site-based activities.
• Support performance processes and escalate ER matters.
• Build relationships with site leaders, supervisors and employees.
• Contribute to broader P&C projects and initiatives across the regional team.
