Job summary

Levyl is partnering with a leading Australian manufacturer to recruit a proactive People & Culture Advisor for an onsite role. You will collaborate with site leaders to drive recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, and support policies, payroll and HR systems.

You'll be visible on the floor, build relationships across levels, and contribute to engagement, recognition, training and ER matters while advancing broader P&C initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in People & Culture roles or HR coordination recommended.
• Ability to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Preparing contracts, variations and other employee documentation
• Acting as a first point of contact for day-to-day P&C queries
• Supporting leaders with policies, processes and people matters
• Working closely with payroll to resolve employee queries
• Maintaining employee information and supporting HR systems
• Coordinating engagement, recognition, training and site-based activities
• Supporting performance processes and escalating more complex ER matters
• Building strong relationships with site leaders, supervisors and employees
• Contributing to broader P&C projects and initiatives across the regional team
