Job summary

St John WA Group is seeking a People Systems Administrator to join the People Innovation and Experience team on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time basis at our Belmont Office. The role involves keeping HR, recruitment, training, talent management and engagement systems running smoothly.

You will ensure People systems deliver accurate data, resolve technical issues, and provide meaningful insights to support staff and volunteers across St John.

Qualifications

• Experience using or administering HR systems.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• HR data analysis, reporting and maintaining data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational skills and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain People systems to support HR, recruitment, training, talent management and engagement processes.
• Provide system support to team members and volunteers, resolving technical issues.
• Generate reports and deliver insights to assist decision-making.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet reporting and information needs.
• Troubleshoot issues, assist with integrations, and ensure smooth system operations.
