Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a team-oriented professional to join our learning and culture team for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will manage day-to-day LMS support, learner enrolments, and reporting in SAP SuccessFactors, while aligning with ServiceNow and SharePoint-based resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating learning or enterprise-wide people programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly guidance.
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors LMS to support learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support within SAP SuccessFactors LMS and ServiceNow for learner enrolments, course assignments, and reporting.
• Maintain program knowledge resources across ServiceNow, SharePoint and MS 365 with accurate, current content.
• Coordinate and deploy learning activities, accreditation schedules, facilitator assignments, and training resources.
• Monitor and report learning activity trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
