Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced People Services Coordinator based in Sydney to provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle and act as the first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries. You will coordinate onboarding, offboarding, recruitment activities, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives while supporting HR projects including site integrations.

This role requires 3+ years in HR, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Qualification in HR or related discipline with 3+ years’ experience.
• Understanding of HR policies, processes and employee lifecycle.
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services with recruitment exposure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, MSIC applications and renewals.
• Support recruitment including postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and preemployment checks.
• Assist with performance management and employee relations documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, Reward & Recognition activities and HR events.
• Support HR projects including site integrations and implementation of HR processes.
