Job summary

Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. is seeking a confident HR Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across a diverse workforce in Adelaide. You will provide practical advice across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, wellbeing and exits, contributing to a safe, respectful, high performing workplace.

Based in Adelaide or Barossa Valley with up to 2 days remote; you will interpret agreements, awards and Australian employment laws and support HR governance and projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Australian employment law.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, wellbeing and exits.
• Manage employee relations cases from routine to moderately complex.
• Interpret Enterprise Agreements, Awards and policies.
• Support change projects, governance and continuous improvement.
