Job summary

Civilmart is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with leaders across Victoria, providing practical HR advice and handling employee relations matters to drive a positive workplace culture. The role offers variety, autonomy and opportunities to influence outcomes in a growing national business.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and interpret Awards and legislation while contributing to HR projects. Travel across Victoria is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, Fair Work legislation and Awards.
• Confidence managing performance, conduct and workplace investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial judgement.
• The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems.
• A willingness to travel regularly across Victoria.
