Plaza Premium Lounge is seeking a capable HR professional to own the full employment lifecycle in a fast-growing environment. You will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and support our people and business by managing core HR functions and contributing to global initiatives.

The role offers opportunities to grow within a dynamic hospitality setting, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, employee relations, payroll collaboration, and quarterly reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Hospitality awards, enterprise agreements and industrial relations frameworks.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Serve as key HR contact for operations and guide line managers on HR matters.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment including postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Administer HR policies, records, and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives and internal communications to promote positive culture.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions per HR policies.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance).
• Supervise HR team coordinating learning & development programs and training records.
• Collaborate with Payroll Analyst on employee movements, benefits, and entitlements.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
