Job summary

Sekisui House in Sydney is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. You will coordinate end-to-end HR administration, manage employee records, and support people initiatives across the employee lifecycle with confidentiality and accuracy.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work across HR systems, assist learning and development activities, and help produce monthly metrics and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HR administration across recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, role changes and offboarding.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure changes are processed accurately and timely.
• Maintain HRIS/HR documents across systems and filing.
• Support employee experience initiatives including performance and remuneration reviews, rewards, and engagement surveys.
• Coordinate immigration and visa administration for expatriate employees.
• Manage HR and Learning inboxes and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Maintain HR intranet, org charts, policies and resources.
• Prepare HR reports and monthly workforce metrics.
• Coordinate HR team meetings with agendas and minutes.
