Qualifications

• Experience coordinating rostering and scheduling in fast-paced environments.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with a remote or dispersed workforce.
• Comfort with handling multiple priorities and changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Building trusting relationships with a diverse and dispersed support workforce.
• Proactively checking in with support workers and providing a reliable first point of contact.
• Coordinating training and tracking mandatory completion.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding for new team members.
• Maintaining accurate workforce, training and compliance records.
• Ensuring clear, timely and consistent communication across the workforce.
• Listening to feedback and addressing workforce matters as needed.
• Supporting recognition, engagement and reward initiatives.
