Job description

Workforce Coordinator

Make every shift count. Make every day matter.

At DANS In Home Care, we're not just filling shifts. We're making sure older Australians and people living with disability receive the care and support they need, exactly when they need it.

Behind every successful service is a well-planned roster.

Behind every well-planned roster is someone who can think ahead, solve problems, build relationships, and stay calm when plans change.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Workforce Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the challenge of workforce scheduling, and takes pride in finding solutions that ensure our clients continue receiving the support they deserve.

If you're someone who loves bringing order to moving parts, finding the right person for the right shift, and celebrating the wins that come from a well-covered roster, we'd love to hear from you.

What Does Success Look Like?

Success in this role isn't measured by how many emails you send or phone calls you make.

It's knowing every client has the support they need because you've ensured the right people are in the right place at the right time.

It's finding a solution to a last-minute roster gap before it becomes a problem.

It's working closely with care staff to create rosters that balance client needs, staff availability and service requirements.

It's hearing a cheer across the office when a particularly tricky shift is finally filled.

Every day brings new challenges, but every day you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact.

The Impact You'll Have

Every roster tells a story.

Behind every shift is a client receiving care, a care worker making a difference, and a team working together to improve lives within our community.

As our Workforce Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring services continue to run smoothly day after day.

You’ll leave many days with something that can't be measured on a report: The satisfaction of knowing you solved a challenge, supported your team, and helped ensure quality care was delivered where it was needed most.
