Job summary

Homewell is seeking a highly organised Workforce Coordinator to support a dispersed care workforce across our Australian services. You will act as a trusted point of contact for support workers, ensuring they are connected, valued, informed and equipped to deliver excellent care.

This role prioritises proactive check-ins, training coordination and compliance documentation, while managing competing priorities and last-minute changes with calm, solution-focused leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with dispersed workforce.
• Experience managing training, compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with a diverse and dispersed support workforce.
• Proactively check in with support workers and be a reliable first point of contact.
• Coordinate training and track mandatory and role-specific completion.
• Support recruitment and onboarding to ensure a welcoming start.
• Maintain accurate workforce, training and compliance records.
• Ensure clear, timely and consistent communication across the workforce.
• Listen to feedback and escalate workforce matters appropriately.
• Support employee recognition, engagement and rewards initiatives.
• Collaborate with Workforce Leaders, Operations Managers and other teams.
• Provide field-based service delivery support or oversight when required.
