Job summary

Compass Group Australia is seeking a skilled Workforce Coordinator to support workforce operations across the business in a hybrid, permanent full-time role. Reporting to the Senior Workforce Planner, you will ensure the right people are in the right place and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.

You will coordinate coverage, manage labour gaps, oversee compliance, utilise internal relief pools and external labour providers, and influence scheduling in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating people, labour resources, rosters or workforce requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with operational leaders and frontline employees.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, respond to urgent requests and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Previous exposure to recruitment, workforce planning, mobilisation or operational support functions is advantageous.

• Manage contingent labour compliance requirements and internal relief pool utilisation.
• Support mobilisations and drive initiatives that improve workforce efficiency.
