Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or due to commence a Certificate IV in business administration, human resources or a related field.
• Seeking an entry-level traineeship as a pathway into the workforce with a foundation for a career in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Safety and Wellbeing and Workforce Planning.
• Strong commitment and willingness to learn; ability to organise work, manage time and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing and People Experience initiatives, including surveys, events and programs.
• Provide helpful and professional support to employees and stakeholders.
• Support the administration of employee programs and systems including our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Assist with inbox management, reporting and record keeping activities.
