Public Sector People, partnering with a Local Council, is seeking a Locum Manager People & Development for an immediate start. Contract is approx.

5 months with an immediate start, leading HR and WHS, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and workforce planning. You will provide advice on employee relations, investigations, performance management and industrial relations matters, develop policies, and partner with senior leaders to drive positive people and safety outcomes.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated leadership across HR and WHS functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and IR/WHS frameworks.
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters.
• Local Government experience highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Essential:

• Demonstrated leadership experience across Human Resources and WHS.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and workplace health & safety.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Previous Local Government experience highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
