I‑MED Radiology Network is seeking a People Experience Lead to shape employee experience across Australia and New Zealand. This hybrid role requires partnering with senior leaders to drive culture, engagement and capability across thousands of staff.

You will lead enterprise-wide programs, champion inclusion and use data to inform decisions, shaping a workplace where people feel valued and inspired.

• Experience leading employee experience or culture initiatives.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
• Track record delivering measurable people outcomes.
• Experience with organisational change and capability uplift.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-wide culture and engagement initiatives.
• Lead employee listening programs and translate insights into actions.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership capability.
