You will partner with executive, operational and clinical leaders to attract, develop and retain talent and to ensure employees feel valued and perform at their best.

Reporting to the Chief People, Performance & Capability Officer, you will lead the Doctor & People Experience portfolio, shaping priorities, investing where it matters and measuring impact

Responsibilities

• Lead culture and engagement initiatives and translate feedback into action and leadership accountability.
• Oversee the evolution and delivery of the employee value proposition to reflect actual experience.
• Design and run learning, leadership and capability programs aligned with business needs for growth.
• Lead doctor attraction, development and retention pathways in collaboration with clinical and operational leaders.
• Drive internal communications to build understanding, connection and confidence through change.
• Improve the doctor and employee lifecycle from joining to rewarding career development.
