Job summary

Macquarie is seeking a People Experience Advisor in Sydney on a 12-month maximum term contract. You will be the trusted contact for employees and people leaders, guiding inquiries, policies, and practices with a focus on a high-quality employee experience across Slack and phone channels.

You will contribute to onboarding, transfers, probation, remuneration, and performance processes, using data literacy and AI-enabled insights to influence People and Culture priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People and Culture professional in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
• Well-developed data analysis and numeracy skills with the ability to prepare insights to inform decision making.
• Technology-driven mindset; eager to embrace and learn new tools to deliver innovative HR solutions including AI.
• Delivery-focused style and excellent judgement with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse stakeholder group at all levels.
• Customer service focused and comfortable working to deadlines and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted point of contact for employees and people leaders, guiding inquiries across Slack and phone.
• Shape onboarding, transfers, probation, remuneration, change and performance processes to be accurate and well-run.
• Collaborate with People and Culture Partners to generate data-driven insights.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and standard operating procedures across the team.
