Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a People Experience Advisor to partner with the People & Culture team, delivering HR services across the BFS division. This 12-month maximum term contract focuses on onboarding, policy guidance, and improving employee experiences with AI-enabled insights.

You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, ensuring accurate processes and a high level of service while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People and Culture professional in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
• Strong data analysis and numeracy skills to prepare insights for decision making.
• Technology-driven mindset, with openness to AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Delivery-focused style with sound judgement and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer service focus with ability to meet deadlines and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted point of contact for employees and people leaders across Slack and phone.
• Guide employees and leaders on people policies and employment practices.
• Support onboarding, transfers, probation, remuneration, and performance processes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, standard operating procedures, and capability-building.
