Job summary

You will advise on policies, own the recruitment function and champion the HRIS, while supporting the P&C team across performance, remuneration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified in HR or a related field.
• Experience as a P&C Coordinator or Administrator.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle with strong data accuracy and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment function end-to-end.
• Advise employees and managers on policies, procedures and processes.
• Support the broader P&C team with performance management, remuneration and reporting.
• Act as HRIS champion and manage P&C inbox.
• Assist with general People & Culture activities as part of a small team.
• Contribute to process improvements and data integrity across HR systems.
