Job summary

Engage Squared Pty is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support our day-to-day HR operations as we grow internationally. You will join a small, experienced P&C team, handling onboarding, documentation and routine enquiries with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

You’ll work with Employment Hero and Microsoft 365, contribute to automation, and help shape how the role evolves while delivering a great employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dedicated HR or People & Culture coordination role.
• Experience managing HR administration, employee lifecycle processes and employment documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organise workload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Manage routine P&C enquiries, providing timely support to employees and leaders.
• Support recruitment coordination, pre-employment checks and new starter arrangements.
• Assist with payroll-related administration, reporting and compliance activities.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and support broader P&C projects.
• Help improve use of Employment Hero, Microsoft 365 and other tools to manage people processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify administration, improve self-service and automate repetitive tasks.
