Job summary

ARN Media in Sydney is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join the People & Culture team. You will be the first point of support for our people and leaders nationwide, coordinating essential People & Culture processes and delivering a smooth employee experience.

You will manage onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation, support recruitment and HR system usage, and help optimize processes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an HR or People & Culture operations role, with hands-on experience preparing employment contracts and documents.
• Process-oriented, highly organized, accurate, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of HR systems; SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
• Proactive problem solver who communicates clearly and builds stakeholder relationships.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and adopting an agile, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key People & Culture processes and provide first-level support to national team members and leaders.
• Prepare accurate employment contracts, letters and employee variations per awards and legislation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee administration through HR systems (SuccessFactors, Adobe Sign).
• Monitor onboarding activities, follow up tasks, and ensure a positive experience for new starters and transfers.
• Respond to People & Culture enquiries within service levels and escalate complex issues to Payroll or People & Culture partners.
• Maintain digital employee records and work with leaders for complete information and documentation.
• Guide team members to self-service tools and identify opportunities to improve processes and the employee experience.
• Support capability initiatives, internships, system administration and various People & Culture projects.
