Job summary

Minerva Foods Australia in Colac, Victoria, is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join the HR team on a full-time basis. You will support recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and employee engagement while promoting wellbeing and a positive workplace culture.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will help develop and implement people strategies across the organisation. The role requires HR qualifications or related experience, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified or experienced HR professional with focus on people and culture initiatives.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for Colac-based roles.
• Maintain HR records, databases and documentation in line with legislation and policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programmes.
• Assist with training and development programmes to grow staff skills.
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance across the organisation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team including scheduling and correspondence.
• Gather and report HR metrics to inform people strategy decisions.
• Support workplace health and safety initiatives and employee wellbeing programmes.
