Job summary

Rich Glen Olive Estate in Yarrawonga is seeking an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR systems, wellbeing and culture initiatives. You will help create an exceptional employee experience for a growing, family-owned Australian brand.

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will work across the business to balance administrative HR with the human side of the role, bringing fresh ideas and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a People & Culture, HR or Employee Relations role.
• Bachelor Degree, Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR compliance.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgement and the confidence to navigate sensitive conversations.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and confidence using HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, inductions and the employee lifecycle.
• Provide practical HR support and guidance to team members and leaders.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations, performance management and workplace matters.
• Help ensure compliance with employment legislation, Modern Awards and policies.
• Coordinate training, wellbeing, recognition and engagement initiatives.
• Support HR system improvements, reporting and smarter ways of working.
• Contribute to exciting People & Culture projects as our business grows.
