SACARE|ONCALL is seeking a proactive and people-focused People & Culture Advisor to join our collaborative People & Culture team. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Advisor, you will provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees to deliver practical people solutions and ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and best practice.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, employee relations, and employment lifecycle processes.
• Experience working within a regulated or compliance-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and accurate HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate probation reviews and support performance development processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct audits of employee files and HR records to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Assist with recruitment activities and workforce planning initiatives when required.
• Support managers with the interpretation and application of employment conditions, policies, and procedures.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry representatives.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
