SACARE|ONCALL is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to deliver generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle in Melbourne, Australia. You will partner with managers and staff to implement practical people solutions, ensuring adherence to employment law, policies and best practice.

You will contribute to employee relations, recruitment, performance management and workforce planning while driving continuous improvement and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, employee relations, and employment lifecycle processes.
• Experience working within a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• A collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience maintaining HR systems and databases.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and accurate HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate probation reviews and support performance development processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct audits of employee files and HR records to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Assist with recruitment activities and workforce planning initiatives when required.
• Support managers with the interpretation and application of employment conditions, policies, and procedures.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry representatives.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
