Job summary

Transport For NSW is seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor in Sydney to support case management and grievance resolution within a highly industrialised environment. You will collaborate with the P&C team and senior leaders to implement HR policies, respond to inquiries, and contribute to the People Plan while working in a hybrid setup with on-site days in Alexandria and Haymarket.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational, highly industrialised environment.
• Strong case management and grievance resolution experience.
• Ability to develop, implement and interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical HR and operational outcomes.
• Experience working in a unionised environment.
• Adaptable to change and able to perform in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive approach with strong communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the P&C team supporting Rail Operations and ~900 employees.
• Handle case management and grievance resolution in a complex environment.
• Respond to policy/procedure enquiries and talent-related matters.
• Contribute to the People Plan and P&C initiatives across the business.
• Support delivery of HR services and guidance to Senior Leaders.
