Job summary

Transport for NSW – Sydney International Airport NSW is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support the Rail Operations branch, partnering with a team of P&C professionals to provide HR guidance to senior leaders and manage employee relations in a highly industrialised setting.

The role follows a hybrid arrangement with on-site days in Alexandria (Rail Operations Centre) and Haymarket, offering flexibility across other days and contributing to the delivery of the People Plan and related

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational, highly industrialised environment.
• Experience in case management and grievance resolution.
• Ability to develop, implement and interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Experience working in a unionised environment.
• Adaptability to change in a fast-paced setting.
