Job summary

Moran Health Care Group is seeking a People & Culture Advisor – Employee Relations to support almost 800 staff across four aged care homes and Head Office. You will handle complex ER matters, coach leaders, conduct investigations and provide practical employment law advice to a broad leadership team.

You’ll work with operational leaders to deliver compliant HR support, ensure effective case management and contribute to People & Culture initiatives, with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Qualified in HR, Employment Relations or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and IR principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end medium and high-risk employee relations matters.
• Provide practical ER guidance to managers and prepare correspondence.
• Conduct fair, well-documented workplace investigations.
• Assist with performance management processes and documentation.
• Advise on People & Culture policies and employment law requirements.
• Coordinate injury management and return-to-work processes.
