Peoplecorp is partnering with a leading not-for-profit provider to recruit a Senior Employee Relations Specialist. Based in Adelaide with a flexible hybrid arrangement, you will join a newly formed national ER team and manage a high-volume caseload—from minor conduct matters to complex investigations and senior-level exits.

• Strong, specialist employee relations expertise with a deep understanding of formal case management.
• Experience in a regulated and unionised environment is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload from minor conduct matters to complex investigations and senior-level exits.
• Interpret awards and enterprise agreements, engage confidently with unions and stakeholders.
• Contribute to policy, templates and processes shaping how ER operates for years to come.
• Coach and develop junior team members and help drive a new function within the organisation.
