The Perth Bears are forming Western Australia’s new rugby league club and seek an organised Football Operations & Logistics Coordinator to lead training, travel, facilities and equipment logistics. You will work closely with staff to ensure professional environments, on-time deliveries and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, under pressure and anticipate needs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and travel as required.
• Experience in football operations, team logistics, procurement or supplier coordination is valued.
• Rugby League knowledge and First Aid/CPR certification desirable.
• A Working with Children Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Support presentation and operational readiness of football facilities to a professional standard.
• Coordinate turf management activities with external contractors while minimising disruption.
• Maintain workplace safety standards.
• Manage supplier orders, stock inventories and reconciliations with Finance.
• Support purchasing activities within approved budgets with medical and performance staff.
• Coordinate training venues, gyms, recovery spaces and meeting rooms.
• Coordinate equipment, transport, accommodation, and away fixture logistics.
• Manage apparel allocations, sizing, stocktakes and kit requirements.
• Maintain inventories of equipment, apparel and club property; cleaning and storage.
• Provide administrative support to the Football Department.
• Oversee laundry and facility maintenance, including daily pool/wet area testing.
• Prepare, set up, pack down, transport and store training equipment and hydration stations.
• Set up dressing rooms, warm-up areas, medical zones and post-match pack down.
