Qualifikationen

• Experience providing administration support within a People and Culture, HR or similar operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the agility to move between multiple tasks, systems and stakeholders throughout the day.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to establish positive working relationships quickly.
• Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Act as a key contact for People and Culture enquiries, providing support, guidance and appropriate escalation where appropriate.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation, including contracts, variations and flexible work arrangements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and position data within people systems.
• Coordinate and support employee compliance activities, including employment checks and legislative requirements.
• Build positive working relationships across the organisation while delivering responsive and customer-focused service.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives which enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement.
