As The Gordon's Equity and Inclusion Lead, you will play a key role in turning our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion into meaningful action. Building on strong foundations already in place, you'll lead initiatives, partnerships and programs creating lasting impact for our people, our culture and our community.
Working collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders across The Gordon, you'll influence the way we think, lead and work. You'll champion inclusive practices, strengthen capability and help embed a culture where diversity is celebrated, every voice is heard and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
