Job summary

Brooks People Advisory is partnering with an established Australian organisation to recruit a broad HR leadership role.

You'll partner with senior executives and operational leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions, covering employee relations, investigations, performance, and change initiatives. The role offers hybrid work in Melbourne's eastern suburbs with leadership responsibility for one direct report.

Qualifications

• Senior HR generalist with business partner experience across corporate and operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, employee relations and IR.
• Proven ability to manage complex investigations, performance matters and grievances.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, workplace investigations, grievances and performance management.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning, restructuring and business improvement initiatives.
• Coach leaders to strengthen people management capability and organisational performance.
• Lead and develop a People & Capability Advisor, contribute to talent management and engagement.
• Analyse workforce data to provide insights guiding business decisions.
