Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support a client group of 75–80 employees across technical and professional teams. You will partner with leaders to drive engagement, capability and organisational effectiveness, while navigating change and building credible relationships with stakeholders.

The role offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) with onsite parking in Western Sydney.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Advisor or Business Partner role.
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on.
• Able to build credibility quickly and provide pragmatic advice to leaders.
