Job summary

CareChoice is seeking an experienced People & Capability Business Partner to work in a hybrid role based in Mulgrave, Melbourne. You will closely partner with leaders across a dispersed frontline workforce to address complex employee relations, performance matters and workforce planning while driving change initiatives.

You will coach leaders, manage investigations, support injury management, and lead people projects that improve the employee experience and align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial instruments.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and resolve complex people issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on people priorities and organisational change.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, grievances and discipline.
• Contribute to workforce planning, design and talent initiatives.
• Support injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Utilise workforce data to identify issues and recommend actions.
• Lead people projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
