Job summary

VIDA Roads is seeking an Advisor, People and Capability to provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle in a busy public sector environment. You will advise managers, coordinate mobility and onboarding, and support policy interpretation and implementation.

The role reports to the Team Leader, People Advisory Services, and offers a hybrid working arrangement with a competitive VPS 4 salary range and benefits. Experience in a similar HR generalist role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR generalist experience and ability to interpret policy requirements.
• Strong understanding of best-practice approaches and legislative/policy compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring policy compliance.
• Build collaborative relationships to understand stakeholder needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
• Coordinate mobility, onboarding, probation, performance and development planning, and offboarding processes.
